Dr. Adeyemi Oluwole Opeoluwa is a regulatory scientist, quality infrastructure expert, and Director Scientific & Head of Business Development at the Institute of Public Analysts of Nigeria. He holds a Ph.D. in Sustainable Development & Diplomacy and an MBA in Economics from Euclid University, alongside advanced training in laboratory accreditation and quality systems. With nearly three decades of experience across industry, government, and international development, his work integrates science, policy, and economic systems to strengthen food safety, laboratory governance, and preventive healthcare delivery.
Dr. Opeoluwa has served as a National Expert and Technical Advisor on major food fortification and laboratory capacity initiatives supported by organizations such as UNIDO, GAIN, WHO, and the Standards Organization of Nigeria. He has mentored and guided multiple public and private laboratories toward ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation, strengthening Nigeriaโs analytical capacity for micronutrient testing, fortified foods, and food safety compliance. His contributions span national quality infrastructure reform, premix supplier assessments, and large-scale food fortification compliance frameworks.
With deep expertise in nutrition economics, micronutrient quality assurance, regulatory systems, and accreditation governance, Dr. Opeoluwa brings a systems-level perspective to nutrition and food systems strengthening.
